Position: Admin/ Account Executive
Location: St. Inez, Panaji- Goa
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
- Prepare invoices, receipts etc.
- Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform cash flow management.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and overall office environment.
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and documents.
- Maintain property-related records, agreements, and client files.
- Support project documentation and filing systems.
- Handle petty cash and expense reports.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Handle client inquiries and documentation support.
- Maintain property files, agreements, and paperwork.
- Manage internal communication, office supplies, and inventory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
