Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders quickly and safely to customer locations
- Handle fresh, perishable, and packed goods with care
- Follow contactless delivery protocols
- Use app/phone to track and update delivery status
- Ensure customer satisfaction with polite communication
- Coordinate with dispatch and support teams
Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone
- Clean and neat personal appearance
- Willingness to work flexible hours (morning/evening slots)
- Punctual, honest, and responsible nature
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in grocery, food, or e-commerce delivery
- Familiarity with Erode and nearby areas
- Customer handling & communication skills
