Role Overview
The E-commerce Associate is a role for people with 2-3 years of experience designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions within a fast-growing organization. You will contribute to delivery partner acquisition, customer order management, and operations, while also supporting sales and customer service teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational skills in logistics, e-commerce, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Partner Acquisition and Support:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding delivery partners for various business verticals.
- Support delivery partners by providing guidance on company policies and processes.
- Address queries and escalate concerns to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Order Management:
- Handle end-to-end management of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners to resolve order-related issues.
- Provide order updates and follow-ups to customers as required.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional demeanor.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions to improve service quality.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Operational Support:
- Monitor daily operations and assist in ensuring smooth delivery execution.
- Provide hands-on support during peak hours or when additional resources are required.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Support client onboarding processes and maintain records of business interactions.
- Promote Zorrro’s services to potential clients as required.
Who Should Apply?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred;
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service/logistics.
