*About the Role*
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage stock and coordinate production in our stitching unit. You will work closely with a small team of tailors to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate stock tracking, and timely completion of orders.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Maintain and update daily production records on Google Sheets
- Track incoming fabric and accessories, and monitor stock levels
- Assign work to tailors and ensure stitching deadlines are met
- Coordinate with the design/production head to prioritize orders
- Inspect finished products for quality before dispatch
- Ensure accurate consumption records of fabric and accessories
- Flag low stock items for replenishment in advance
*Requirements*
- Basic computer skills, especially Google Sheets/Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience in a stitching or production setup (garments, furnishings, Cushion Bedcover etc.) preferred
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet timelines
