Product Owner

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced professional with 12 years of experience
• The candidate should also have experience in integration platforms agile methodology and hands on experience in middleware
• The candidate should also have experience in program management client facing role and great communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritized Team Backlog Maintains and prioritizes the team backlog ensuring alignment with the product vision
• Iteration Planning Execution Leads iteration planning and execution ensuring user stories are completed E2E
• Dependency Management Identifies and mitigates Product related dependencies within the product team
• Customer Value Hypothesis Formulate customer value hypothesis and collaborate with Product team to refine and validate them
• Customer Feedback Loop Facilitates continuous feedback loops with customers
• Functional and non functional requirements Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders ensuring they are clearly defined and documented
• High Level Effort Estimations Input Provide high level technical effort estimations for service requests to assist in planning and prioritization
• Tech Documentation
• o SDD documentation Prepares detailed SDD documentation for dev team
• o Technical Product Documentation Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support product implementation and usage
• excludes API docs integration guides and system architecture
• User Service Requests Acceptance Criteria
• o Primary Ensures user service requests are aligned with the product vision and prioritized
• o Supportive Dev and Agile Coach assists in detailing and refining the user service requests
• Operations Manuals Develops and maintains operations manuals and other product documentation ensuring they are clear and useful for end users and internal divisions such as IT Operations
• Process Analysis Process flow diagrams Analyze and document existing processes identifying areas for improvement and creating process flow diagrams to support enhancements
