Job Summary
We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Principal to lead our institution in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, fostering a positive learning environment, and driving the institution’s growth and reputation through effective leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the institution, aligning with its vision, mission, and values.
- Oversee academic operations, curriculum development, and quality of instruction.
- Lead recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
- Foster an environment that promotes academic rigor, innovation, and student success.
- Engage with parents, students, alumni, and external stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure to optimize institutional efficiency.
- Organize and promote co-curricular and extracurricular activities for holistic development.
- Represent the institution at public forums, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education or related discipline (Doctorate preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in the education sector, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of improving academic outcomes and institutional growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to inspire faculty, staff, and students toward excellence.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
