Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with early childhood and primary curriculum
- Focus on right-brain development techniques and experiential learning
- Encourage creative thinking, communication, and emotional intelligence
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with parents through regular PTMs and updates
- Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions
Requirements:
- Graduate with B.Ed./NTT or equivalent certification
- 1–4 years of teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young children
- Familiarity with innovative teaching practices
