Responsibilities:
● Teach and manage classes for Pre-Primary / Primary Grades as per CBSE guidelines.
● Design engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
● Assess student progress and share feedback with parents.
● Participate in school events, assemblies, and teacher training programmes.
Essential Qualifications (as per CBSE norms):
1. Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)
OR
Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
2. Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) – Paper 1 for Primary Section, conducted by the Govt. of India.
3. Proficiency in teaching through both Hindi & English.
Desirable:
● Working knowledge of computers.
Preferred Experience:
●1–3 years in reputed schools (freshers meeting the qualifications may also apply).
