We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing travel arrangements, handling email correspondence, and coordinating meetings. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive team, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain calendars and ensure all appointments are up to date and well-organized.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and personal errands as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to travel and adjust working hours as needed.

Pay: ₹10,197.09 - ₹58,624.64 per month
