What You’ll Do:
✅ Support patients with psychological care & education
✅ Coordinate between patients & healthcare professionals
✅ Maintain accurate records and reports
✅ Collaborate with the care team for best outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
M.Sc./M.A. in Psychology OR Life Science background
1+ year experience in customer service (healthcare preferred)
Fluency in English & Hindi (Telugu preferred)
Proficient in MS Office
