We are actively looking for enthusiastic and result-driven OPT Recruiters to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Market OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, and H1B candidates to various clients/vendors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Coordinate interviews, follow up, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and reports.
Understand market trends and optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
3 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in OPT recruiting.
Good knowledge of job portals and social media recruiting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
