Job Description: OPT Recruiter
Location: Mindspace, Madhapur | Job Type: Full-time
Office Timings: 7PM - 4AM (IST)
Responsibilities:
- Source & recruit F-1 OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and H1B candidates.
- Build relationships with universities & student organizations.
- Use job portals, social media, and networking to find talent.
- Screen candidates, assist with resumes & interview prep.
- Maintain a database of job seekers & ensure compliance.
- Negotiate salaries & collaborate with clients for placements.
Requirements:
- 0.5-3 years in OPT recruitment or IT staffing preferred.
- Knowledge of F-1, OPT, CPT, STEM, H1B, and GC processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation & sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with ATS, job portals & MS Office.
