Role Overview
As an E-commerce Operations Executive at Atomberg, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational execution across various online platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, D2C (Atomberg.com), and Quick Commerce partners like Blinkit, Zepto, etc. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, dispatch planning, inventory health monitoring, and return/claim handling to enable excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order (PO) Management:
- Track and reconcile POs across platforms.
- Coordinate appointment booking and slot management.
- Dispatch Planning & Execution:
- Prepare dispatch plans and share with logistics/warehouse teams.
- Monitor vehicle tracking and ensure timely dispatches.
- Resolve in-transit and vehicle unloading issues.
- Inventory & Listing Coordination:
- Monitor ERP-to-platform stock sync and listing accuracy.
- Raise alerts for OOS/low inventory and maintain safety stock levels.
- Coordinate with category, tech, and content teams for listings and inventory mapping.
- Returns & Claims Handling:
- Track and reconcile customer returns (RTVs/RTOs).
- File and follow up on claims for damages, shortages, or lost shipments.
- Marketplace/D2C/Qcom Support:
- Handle order flow errors and tech escalations across platforms.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, delays, and escalations.
- Ensure delivery SLA adherence and maintain customer satisfaction metrics.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain dashboards for dispatch, returns, and operational health.
- Cross-functional coordination with warehouse, customer support, and finance.
- Participate in weekly reviews and raise process improvement opportunities.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and basic data handling (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Prior experience with Flipkart/Amazon operations or D2C platforms is preferred.
