The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of returns, claims, payouts, and order flows across our ecommerce platforms. Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces are essential for this role.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Returns Reconciliation:*
- Manage and monitor product returns across all ecommerce platforms.
- Verify and update the reconciliation reports for returns.
2. *Claim Management:*
- File and track claims for lost, damaged, or incorrect orders with marketplaces.
- Follow up to ensure claims are resolved promptly.
3. *Payout Reconciliation:*
- Reconcile payouts from marketplaces with internal records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
4. *Order Flow Management:*
- Ensure smooth processing of orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
5. *Reporting and Documentation:*
- Prepare detailed reports on returns, claims, and payouts for management review.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all transactions.
