Your roles & responsibilities will include (but not limited) the following:
- Performing operational activities such as - managing Unshipped Orders, product listings, Order Complaints, rotating banners, etc. in the system
- Outbound calling to leads, signed up sellers, customers as needed
- Managing seller support over phone, whatsapp and email – inbound as well as outbound if needed
- Onboarding new sellers and doctors on our portal
- Product cataloguing as per company SOPs
- Products reviewing and on-boarding on the ecommerce website
- Other tasks / duties as required by your position (as per guidance from your manager)
Candidate Profile:
- Ideal candidate should be proficient in spoken English & Hindi and have good written English skills
- Any prior relevant experience in eCommerce industry is a huge plus
- Candidate should have a laptop with good internet connection to work remotely
- This is a WFH opportunity - 6 days per week / 10 am to 7pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
