We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to manage US office operations. This role involves handling day-to-day administrative duties, assisting with visa paperwork follow-ups, and supporting management in various operational tasks.
Shift Timing: US Shift (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of our US Office.
- Assist in preparation, coordination, and follow-up of visa-related documentation.
- Handle general office duties such as correspondence, record-keeping, and scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and support HR with onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Coordinate with US-based teams, consultants, and external vendors for smooth operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by management.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administration/operations/office management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work across time zones and manage US operations effectively.
- Familiarity with visa documentation processes will be an added advantage.
