About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, managing office accounts, handling financial transactions, and ensuring smooth documentation processes. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare and process salary payables in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle bank-related activities including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Draft, review, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor office expenses and support budget planning.
- Assist with procurement and vendor payments.
- Support senior management in administrative and financial tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
