- Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and consultations.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.

- Data Form Fill Up
- Followup calls
- Client Interaction:
- Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly.
- Provide clients with information and assistance regarding visa application procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and up-to-date.
- Database and Records Management:
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of visa application documents and follow up on client cases.
- Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to the consultancy team as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused approach.
