- Maintain and repair HVAC (air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust systems) in showrooms, workshops, and offices.
- Oversee maintenance of compressors, lifts, car washing equipment, and workshop machinery.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, wiring, DBs, and UPS systems.
- Attend electrical breakdowns immediately to minimize downtime.
- Maintain service station lighting, showroom displays, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Support installation of EV chargers and ensure proper maintenance.
- Maintain water supply systems, drainage, and waste disposal systems.
- Repair leakages, blockages, and ensure uninterrupted water supply in the facility.
- Monitor overhead tanks, sump pumps, and pressure systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of MEP systems across facilities.
- Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical and plumbing codes.
- Support fire and safety equipment maintenance (sprinklers, hydrants, extinguishers).
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
