Role Overview:
Looking for a skilled MEP BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate MEP models across all stages of the project. Must have strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM processes, and prior exposure to GCC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and update MEP models for design and construction
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and execution plans
- Prepare and review MEP drawings and documentation
- Support project teams with model-based decision making
Requirements:
- BTech/ BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in BIM coordination (MEP focus)
- Previous work on GCC projects is highly preferred
