About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler with 2–4 years of experience to join our Mumbai office. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating accurate BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and other BIM software.
- Collaborate with architectural and structural teams to ensure clash-free coordination.
- Extract drawings, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models.
- Follow company and client-specific BIM standards and workflows.
- Support in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables across all project phases.
- Document and maintain model-related files as per project requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
- 2–4 years of proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeler.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).
- Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD, BEP, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,422.07 - ₹47,439.97 per month
