Key Responsibilities:
-Handle and represent clients in litigation matters pertaining to Banking and Finance Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and Civil disputes.
-Appear before NCLT, DRT, High Courts and Civil Courts independently and as part of a team.
-Draft and vet pleadings including suits, replies, petitions, affidavits and legal notices.
-Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, opinions and due diligence reports.
-Coordinate with external counsels, clients and regulatory bodies for timely progress of cases.
-Stay updated with amendments, circulars and judgments relating to banking, insolvency, and financial laws.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- LL.B. degree from a reputed institution; enrollment with Bar Council mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in Banking, IBC, and Civil matters.
- Strong drafting, oral advocacy, and legal research skills.
- Proficiency in English and good client interaction skills.
