- Assist in handling litigation matters related to Income Tax, GST, Customs, and Excise laws.
- Draft appeals, replies, legal notices, written submissions, and other litigation-related documents.
- Appear before various tax authorities, tribunals (ITAT, CESTAT), and High Courts as required.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis to support litigation strategy.
- Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and case inputs.
- Maintain proper documentation and track deadlines for filings and hearings.
- Support in advisory work related to tax disputes and compliance matters.
