ey Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the agency's most important clients. This role involves understanding client needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction with the agency's services. Essentially, they act as the primary point of contact for these key clients, driving both top-line and bottom-line performance for the agency within that portfolio. A client-facing role that requires a blend of relationship management, strategic thinking, and business development skills to drive success for both the agency and its key clients.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Agency KAM:

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact.

Strategic Recruitment:

Developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client, often involving workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Account Growth:

Identifying and pursuing opportunities for account expansion, both through new client acquisition and increased penetration within existing accounts.

Service Delivery:

Ensuring the agency delivers high-quality recruitment services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Performance Management:

Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned accounts, including revenue generation, placement rates, and client satisfaction.

Problem Solving:

Addressing any issues or challenges that arise within the client relationship or recruitment process, working to find solutions and maintain client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships and conveying information to clients and internal teams.

Sales and Business Development:

Experience in sales or business development is crucial for identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts.

Relationship Management:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels are vital.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions is important for managing client relationships and recruitment processes.

Industry Knowledge:

A good understanding of the recruitment industry and the specific needs of the clients within the agency's focus areas is beneficial.

Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or human resources, is often a requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
