- Maintain accurate inventory records in software/manual registers.
- Monitor daily stock levels and ensure minimum/maximum stock limits are followed.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming goods and raw materials.
- Issue stock to departments based on approved requisitions.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock audits.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely reordering of items.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of stock items.
