Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and maintain equipment at client locations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective, timely solutions.
- Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Train customers on equipment operation and best practices.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for spare parts and technical support.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during fieldwork.
- Provide technical feedback to product development teams.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Willing to travel PAN INDIA.
