Job Description
Your mission at IntegriChain:
IntegriChain, the leading provider of commercialization and Net Revenue Optimization solutions for the life sciences industry, is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to drive the delivery, management, and continuous improvement of business processes supported by automation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic and operational capacities - partnering closely with internal business groups to gather requirements, validate processes, and ensure automations are effectively enhancing business efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to expand automation usage, maintain documentation and stakeholder communication, support testing and troubleshooting efforts, and ensure the automation platform is prepared to meet business needs, especially during peak performance periods. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a passion for building scalable, well-managed automation processes that deliver measurable impact.
What this role entails:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the automation development team to ensure automation deliverables align with business goals.
- Assist in preparing the automation platform for high-performance periods and peak processing times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and continuously improve workflows and automation performance.
- Own and drive documentation efforts, ensuring all automation processes, changes, and supporting materials are clear, accurate, and current.
- Support validation, testing, and troubleshooting of complex automation enhancements alongside analysts.
- Contribute to and maintain KPIs that communicate the impact, value, and risk profile of automations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members on automation processes, tools, and standards.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and performance analysis to leadership.
- Ensure effective change management is in place, including stakeholder communications and user awareness of changes.
- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the automation team to enhance collective understanding and performance.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medicaid or pharmaceutical rebate processes is highly desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or automation delivery, preferably within a cross-functional or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and change management.
- Experience working with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into action.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance trends, risk factors, and improvement opportunities.
