Job Overview:
The Real Estate Admin is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of a real estate office by handling administrative duties, assisting agents, coordinating transactions, and ensuring that all documentation is processed efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of real estate processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to real estate agents and management.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Document Management:
- Prepare, organize, and manage real estate documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain and update client and property files both digitally and physically.
- Transaction Coordination:
- Assist in managing real estate transactions, from the initial offer to closing.
- Coordinate with clients, title companies, escrow agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and meetings, ensuring timely completion of all necessary steps.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as a liaison between clients and agents, providing updates and responding to questions.
- Schedule property showings, open houses, and meetings with potential buyers or sellers.
- Handle client inquiries and provide general information about the real estate market.
- Data Entry and CRM Management:
- Input and update property listings and client information into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Ensure all data is accurate, organized, and accessible for agents and management.
- Marketing and Advertising Support:
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property brochures, flyers, and online listings.
- Maintain social media accounts and online platforms to promote properties.
- Help organize and promote open houses and events.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain licensing and certification documentation for agents.
- Keep track of legal deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Financial Administration:
- Handle invoicing, payments, and manage client accounts.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and tracking commissions for agents.
- Manage petty cash and office expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and agents.
- Fluent english mandatory.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing documents and transactions.
- Customer Service: Ability to handle inquiries and provide exceptional service to clients and agents.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software like MLS (Multiple Listing Service) or CRM systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and provide solutions promptly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a real estate office or administrative role.
- Knowledge of real estate terms and processes is a plus.
- Real estate license or certification (not required but preferred).
- Familiarity with marketing tools or design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe).
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
