About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, motivated, and persuasive Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in converting warm leads into customers or participants, handling inquiries, and driving registrations or sales through effective follow-up and communication.
This is a great role for someone who thrives on hitting targets, enjoys speaking with people, and can confidently explain product/event benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Explain products, services, or event offerings clearly and persuasively
- Convert interest into action — e.g., registrations, sales, sign-ups
- Follow up on cold/warm leads regularly until closure
- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve lead quality
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)
- Confident in speaking on phone/video calls
- Basic computer skills — CRM, Excel/Sheets, email, WhatsApp
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle objections and guide clients toward decisions
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in telesales, B2C/B2B inside sales, or event/product sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Passion or background in events, automotive, education, or services
