Job Title: Inside Sales Associate
Location: Noida
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 (Based on last salary and interview)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to drive enrollments for our UG/PG online programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell UG/PG courses through inbound/outbound calling
- Counsel and convert potential leads into confirmed admissions
- Handle inquiries and follow-up on assigned leads
- Maintain records in CRM and meet daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales
- Graduation is mandatory
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented with a customer-focused approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
