We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring a fresh supply for guests.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
Experience
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, particularly in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning techniques is an advantage.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this position.
