- Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming guests, managing reservations, and seating customers at tables.
- Managing Reservations: Taking and organizing reservations, managing waitlists, and providing estimated wait times.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Addressing inquiries, offering menus, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
- Maintaining the Host Station: Keeping the host area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assisting Other Staff: Supporting servers, bussers, and other staff as needed to maintain smooth service flow.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and presentable.
- Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, answering questions, and taking reservations.
