1. Preparation of Hookah
- Packing flavored tobacco (shisha) into the bowl.
- Ensuring correct use of foil or heat management devices.
- Selecting and managing coal (natural or quick-light), lighting and placing them safely.
- Assembling the hookah pipe, checking water levels, and ensuring airtight seals.
2. Maintenance
- Cleaning and sanitizing hookah equipment before and after use.
- Regular maintenance of hookah components (bowls, hoses, bases, valves).
- Monitoring heat and coals during the session to maintain smoke quality.
3. Customer Service
- Recommending flavors and mixes based on customer preference.
- Serving the hookah, explaining how to use it if needed.
- Checking in with customers during the session for refills or coal changes.
4. Safety and Compliance
- Handling coal safely to prevent fire hazards.
- Complying with local health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring tobacco is stored and handled properly.
5. Inventory Management
- Keeping track of tobacco flavors, coals, foil, and other hookah supplies.
- Reporting low stock or placing restocking orders.
