- Food Preparation: Making dosa batter from scratch, including grinding, mixing, and fermenting, as well as preparing chutneys and sambar.
- Cooking: Spreading batter onto a hot griddle to cook dosas, idlis, and other South Indian snacks.
- Quality Control: Ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation of dishes.
- Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Menu Management: Following recipes and possibly developing new ones to maintain authenticity and appeal to customers.
- Inventory Management: Receiving, checking, and storing raw ingredients for dosa making.
- Fast-Paced Operations: Working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment to meet customer demands and orders.
