- Food Preparation: Wash, slice, chop, and portion meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other sandwich ingredients.
- Assembly: Assemble sandwiches according to specific customer instructions and recipes.
- Cooking: Grill or cook hot sandwiches as needed.
- Order Handling: Process transactions, collect payments, and make correct change.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment, including sanitizing equipment and work surfaces.
- Inventory Management: Restock ingredients and supplies, and monitor for freshness, discarding expired items.
