Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Help Desk Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in handling help desk operations and international ticket booking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and managing bookings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle international flight ticket bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Manage and resolve customer tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to bookings.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a help desk role with a focus on international ticket booking.
- Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems and international travel procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM tools.
