Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors with courtesy.
- Provide guidance on hospital services, departments, and facilities.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth patient flow.
- Assist patients with registration, admission, discharge, and feedback.
- Address patient/attendant concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive patient experience.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Any UG Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in hospital front office/guest relations will be an added advantage.
- Language proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, and Bengali is preferred, along with English & Tamil.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle patient interactions with empathy.
Compensation
- Stipend/Salary: ₹10,000/- per month
