About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our team and drive the launch and scaling of new products from 0 to 1. You will be responsible for running acquisition experiments, optimizing conversion funnels, and building sustainable growth engines through data-driven product decisions and strategic growth initiatives.
Prior experience working with Engineers & Designers. Should have a good design sense and should be actively playing around with AI tools.
The charter for this role will include:
Product Launch & Growth: Lead the end-to-end launch of new products and features, taking them from concept to market. Own growth metrics and drive initiatives that accelerate user acquisition and engagement in the early stages.
Acquisition Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze acquisition experiments across multiple channels. Test new growth levers, optimize conversion funnels, and identify scalable acquisition strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize user onboarding flows, landing pages, and in-product experiences to maximize conversion rates. Use A/B testing and user data to drive incremental improvements across the customer journey.
0-to-1 Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to build and iterate on early-stage products. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid experimentation in resource-constrained environments.
Growth Analytics & Insights: Monitor key growth metrics, analyze user behavior data, and generate actionable insights to inform product and marketing decisions. Build dashboards and reporting systems to track growth performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, engineering, design, and data teams to align on growth objectives. Support marketing campaigns with product optimizations and landing page improvements.
Channel Strategy Support: Collaborate with marketing teams on paid acquisition strategies across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels. Provide product insights to optimize ad performance and user experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
2-3 years of Product Management experience with demonstrated focus on growth, acquisition, or early-stage product development
Hands-on experience with 0-to-1 product launches or early-stage product development in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions, A/B testing, and growth experimentation
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and experience optimizing user funnels and onboarding flows
Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals and performance marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads knowledge is a strong plus)
Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) and basic SQL knowledge preferred
Startup or fast-growth company experience with comfort in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
