- Oversee and optimize digital MF and IE campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.) to drive investor acquisition, app usage, and product discovery.
- Work closely with the digital agencies and internal teams to manage budgets, design campaign constructs, improve ROAS, and track performance against KPIs.
Growth marketing - Investor Retention & Engagement Strategy (40%)
- Build and execute communication strategies to improve investor retention across retail direct and HNI segments through segmentation, personalization and use of Martech.
- Oversee and develop lifecycle journeys and drip campaigns that align with investor behavior, tenure, and preferences, working closely with the data and digital assets teams.
- Create, design and approve content for investor communication
Product Marketing – Product Strategy (40%)
- Own and deliver marketing support for various mutual fund businesses and categories – International, HNIs, Wealth function, MF categories etc.
- Translate investment/ product ideas into compelling, investor-friendly stories, thought-leadership pieces and campaign content.
- Collaborate with CIO office, sales, and product teams to understand fund positioning and craft clear, differentiated narratives.
- Lead and implement brand-building campaigns for those specific segments that reinforce our identity as a trustworthy, research-driven, investor-first mutual fund house
