Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design creative assets for campaigns, social media, newsletters, reports, presentations, event collaterals, and donor communication.
- Adapt designs for multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
- Create infographics, data visualisations, and illustrations that simplify complex information.
- Ensure all communication materials adhere to the organisation’s brand guidelines.
- Support in updating and evolving brand assets as needed.
- Work closely with the Resource Mobilisation and Communications and programme teams to understand design needs and translate them into impactful visuals.
- Liaise with printers and other creative vendors for production requirements.
Qualification & Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer in the development/non-profit sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and equivalent tools (e.g., Canva), Microsoft Office etc.
- Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects.
- Open to feedback and incorporating them into designs.
- Sensitivity to and alignment with the organisation’s mission and values.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
