At Incubenation, we are building India’s first Startup School inside Startup Park. Think of it as a finishing school for entrepreneurs—a 3-month journey where founders, CEOs, and ambitious graduates transform into market-ready leaders.
We’re not looking for classroom lecturers. We’re looking for Business Coaches and Startup Mentors who can bring real-world startup experience to the table and guide participants through strategy, execution, and transformation.

What You’ll Do
- Coach founders, not just teach them. Help them design roadmaps, refine business models, and avoid costly mistakes.
- Mentor in action. Work side by side as they build MVPs, acquire customers, and pitch to investors.
- Design real-world playbooks. Create frameworks, tools, and strategies founders can actually use.
- Be a role model. Share your journey, failures, and wins as a coach who has been in their shoes.
Who You Are
- An ex-founder, operator, consultant, or domain expert with at least 3+ years of practical experience.
- Strong in your field—whether it’s strategy, finance, tech, marketing, sales, operations, or R&D.
- Someone who thrives in a startup ecosystem and wants to give back by shaping the next generation.
- More coach than lecturer—you believe learning happens by doing.
