We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas to captivate, inform, and inspire our target audience. You will work closely with our growth and branding teams to bring brand messages to life across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Visual Content: Design engaging visual content, including social media graphics, performance graphics, infographics, banners, email templates, and print materials that align with our brand identity.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across all media.
Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside the branding and growth teams to brainstorm and develop ideas that resonate with our audience.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Stay Updated on Design Trends: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with design and software trends to bring fresh, relevant concepts to each project.
Qualifications;
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects. Candidates with agency experience are preferred.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong sense of aesthetics, layout design, typography, and color theory.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with strong adherence to deadlines.
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to create original designs and present unique ideas that align with brand objectives.
