We are seeking a People & Culture Associate to play a pivotal role in shaping a workplace where people feel empowered, supported, and inspired to thrive. This role combines hands-on HR operations with a strong emphasis on building a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. You’ll act as a trusted partner to employees and leadership alike, driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen engagement, and align talent practices with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions from hiring to exit.
Handle documentation, induction programs, systems access, and serve as the first point of contact for new hires.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Design and execute activities, events, and recognition programs to promote connection, inclusivity, and morale.
Champion initiatives that celebrate milestones, achievements, and organizational values.
Performance & Growth
Support performance review cycles, probation assessments, and ongoing feedback sessions.
Assist in identifying skill gaps and coordinate learning & development opportunities.
HR Operations
Oversee daily HR processes including attendance, payroll coordination, benefits, compliance, and maintaining employee records.
Partner with finance and audit teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll and benefits.
Culture & Inclusion
Lead wellness, diversity, and recognition programs that foster a supportive, equitable, and engaged workplace.
Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing company values through policies and practices.
Policy & Strategy
Collaborate with leadership to refine HR policies and roll out initiatives that align people practices with business priorities.
Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and decision-making.
