Reports:
- CRM (salesperson)
- CA Accounts
- RFQ desk for Mumbai and submissions to ECU team
- Regular sales and other department related report
Process implementation (improvement):
- Responsible to implement the discussed action points at all meets
- Carrying special projects (like department process mapping for improvement)
Customer Linkage:
- Escalation desk to attend to customer grievances and immediate resolution
- Meeting clients for process improvement and expectations in comparison with competitors
