- Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handlling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintaining detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Taking regular follow ups on leads
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Freshers Male/Female graduates married/umarried willing to learn welcome
- Graduation in any Discipline mandatory
