About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and efficient Front Office Executive who can manage front desk responsibilities and support basic administrative operations with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students at the front desk
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries professionally
- Manage appointment scheduling and walk-ins
- Coordinate with admin and academic departments
- Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, handling forms)
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects our brand image
- Think logically and act quickly in dynamic situations
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office/admin roles
- Smart appearance and good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Confident and proactive personality
- Fluent in English and local language
- Education: Graduate preferred
