We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Office Executive to be the face of our establishment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring a welcoming environment at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and handle all check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle guest requests promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, promotions, and hotel services.
- Handle cash, billing, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain records, guest feedback, and ensure timely reporting.
- Resolve guest complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and hotel management software knowledge (e.g., PMS like IDS, Opera)
- Pleasant personality and grooming
- Customer service orientation
- Multitasking and time management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate (preferably in Hotel Management or Hospitality)
- 0–3 years of experience in front office/reception roles
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Work Environment:
- Shift-based duty (including weekends and holidays)
- Hotel front desk / reception area

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
