Front Office Executive (Female Only)
Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in schools / hospitality / customer service)
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline), proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school reception and attend to visitors, parents, and vendors.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor records, attendance registers, and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and information flow.
- Manage courier, correspondence, and school circulars.
- Support administrative work including filing, record keeping, and scheduling.
- Ensure the reception area is well maintained and welcoming.
