Front Office Executive cum Telecaller

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers at the front desk
• Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointments, and promotions
• Maintain visitor records and manage front office operations
• Support basic administrative tasks and coordination

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
• Pleasant personality and customer-handling skills
• Prior experience in front office or telecalling preferred
• Fresher with good communication can also apply
