Core Skill: IT Recruiter
Experience: 2 to 3.5 Years
Location - Noida/ WFO
Mandatory Skill: Follow -ups, IT Recruitment, Negotiation, Screening, Sourcing
Description:
1. Handling IT requirements for the organization and our Indian clients.
2. Full-cycle recruiting: interview set-up, negotiation, offer generation, documentation, BGV, onboarding and hiring candidates for assigned requisitions.
3. Sourcing from Staffing agencies, Naukri.com, LinkedIn etc. Publishing job postings on the Job Portal.
4. Responsible for work on Permanent, Contract & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
5. Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
6. Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
7. Validation of Resumes for experience and suitability against the requirement.
